We have some exciting news to share with you regarding a recent change at Duromer Products.

Following a strategic review by the Board of Spell Capital Partners LLC, regarding how to best serve the future interests of both Duromer and DuroColour, the decision was taken to operate the businesses independently by splitting out and selling the compounding business of Duromer in Australia and Vietnam.

Duromer Group Pty Ltd is an Australian company owned by a partnership consisting of Peter Ploumidis, Andrew Stewart and Samantha Stewart. As of Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, Duromer Group completed the acquisition of Duromer Products in Australia and Vietnam from Spell.

We expect very little disruption across day-to-day activities in general. It will be business as usual for Duromer Australia, continuing to operate under the existing ABN 64 011 125 088 with the same team and facilities. In conjunction with this, a newly registered business, Duromer Products Vietnam Limited, has acquired the thermoplastic compounding assets of DuroColour Vietnam and will assume all commercial activities related to the compounds currently conducted. DuroColour Vietnam will continue with their traditional masterbatch operations.

We look forward to focusing on what we do best, which is making engineering compounds or “Plastics with Purpose” and servicing our customers. We will continue to invest in our business to capitalise on our past success and build a strong future which will benefit customers, suppliers and partners alike.
